I purchased this product about a month ago, and still haven't received it. When buying, I didn't even realize it was shipping in from Canada. The package passed customs and then just vanished, with their tracking info saying "out for delivery" for weeks. Next time I'll go with a local 3D printing shop instead.
Parts were manufactured to a clean standard and delivered ahead of schedule.
Only gripe are supports were somewhat intact and a parts list would be beneficial to easily track parts.
Overall I would recommend this service again if parts are hard to self-manufacture.
Missing some parts and other parts are many months old revision.
All parts were of great quality and the delivery service was also fast, about 10 days from order to receiving the order in the UK, would be nice to have cheaper postage though.
Otherwise quality was excellent (only had to clear one mounting hole), but the package was missing one part (Z top stopper).
